Mulgrave, Australia - Chrysler Jeep Australia today announced an exciting addition of a free rear seat DVD entertainment system for selected Grand Cherokee and Voyager models.

The Grand Cherokee system normally retails for $4,900 and the Voyager system normally for $3,500, but for a short time they are included at no additional cost. This amazing offer applies to all Voyager long wheel base models and all Grand Cherokee models with the exception of the Laredo 4.0L.

“Adding to already unique interiors, the DVD packages are an inspirational supplement to the Cherokee and Voyager ensemble and represent exceptional value," said Gerry Jenkins, Managing Director, Chrysler Jeep Australia.

“Given the increasing consumer interest for in-car entertainment, the introduction of the DVD rear system, which effectively provides all the function and benefit of a full home theatre system within the car, makes the rear of the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Chrysler Voyager an even more attractive place to be, particularly on a long journey,” added Jenkins.

  • Grand Cherokee - will come with a DVD player entertainment system featuring twin high-resolution 17.8 cm (7”) display screens mounted in the back of the front headrests, DVD player with remote control, two wireless headphones and inputs for entertainment consoles like Sony PlayStation. Each screen can be operated independently. All at no additional cost.
  • Grand Voyager - will come with a DVD player entertainment system featuring a roof-mounted high-resolution 17.8 cm (7”) motorised screen, DVD player with remote control, two wireless headphones and inputs for entertainment consoles like Sony PlayStation. All at no additional cost.

Customers can further enhance their entertainment experience by choosing from a range of innovative optional upgrades available for the systems including digital TV receiver and 10 DVD stacker.

“The Chrysler and Jeep brands have long been known for their innovative vehicles and trend setting vehicle comfort. This offer reaffirms those values while representing amazing value for money,” Jenkins concluded.
