- 150 people & 50 vehicles test the legendary go-anywhere, do-anything
capability of their Jeep® at Mundaring Power Line Track
Mulgrave, Australia - Freedom and capability to go anywhere have
always been hallmarks of the Jeep brand. On Sunday July 25th, a limited field of
50 Jeeps and over 150 people will take advantage of these traits when they
journey to Mundaring to put their Jeeps and four wheel driving skills to the
test.
The muddy trails of the Mundaring, which is 45 minutes east of Perth, will
provide the backdrop for the action packed event.
Owners will participate in four-by-four clinics, activities and drives
throughout the day, and enjoy morning tea, a bush lunch and a spit roast at the
Mundaring Hotel to cap off the occasion.
The four-wheel-drive day is arranged by Wanneroo Chrysler Jeep (Wangara),
with the dealership’s experienced staff along with ‘Eureka 4WD Training’
providing valuable instruction and advice throughout the day’s proceedings, on
what has become a regular event at Wanneroo.
Jeep customers who have purchased through the Wanneroo dealership have been
invited to participate in the event. The limited places have filled quickly with
new Jeep owners keen to get a taste of what their vehicle is capable of.
"Jeep has built a reputation for delivering rugged, versatile vehicles with
real four-wheel-drive power. Most owners experience Jeep’s on-road refinement in
their day to day lives, and the four-wheel-drive day provides the perfect
setting for them to experience and test Jeep’s famous four-by-four capabilities
in a fun and safe environment," said Ian Barras, Dealer Principal, Wanneroo
Chrysler Jeep.
“Owners can learn more about the amazing capabilities of a Jeep and meet
great people. Most of all, they experience personally, in every aspect, why the
Jeep brand way of life has become legendary.
“In fact the Grand Cherokee has recently been voted The World’s Best
Off-Roader by the United Kingdom’s leading off-road magazine “four-by-four ”.
Jeeps are very capable vehicles, and when you know how to get the most out of
them, they are even more fun.”
