Melbourne - The first dealership in Australia to sport
Chrysler Jeep’s new retail format will open on Tuesday August 3. Peter Warren
Chrysler Jeep of Warwick Farm, NSW, will reveal the direction Chrysler Jeep is
taking with retail sales facilities in Australia when it officially opens
tomorrow.
Brad Fitzsimmons, national sales manager, Chrysler Jeep Australia said the
new format reflects the commitment of Chrysler Jeep to strive for increased
levels of customer satisfaction.
“The new format aims to create a dealership environment that delivers a
consistently high standard throughout Australia and ensures all dealerships are
immediately identifiable through the common use of building elements, colours
and finishes. Peter Warren have invested in the brand with a facility that will
be the first of many Chrysler Jeep dealerships to adopt the new format.”
Peter Warren Chrysler Jeep dealer principal, Derek Le-Grand, said that
extensive renovations of the Todman Road premises were completed last week and
the new format will provide a more inspiring, enjoyable and practical
environment for customers and staff.
“The new showroom is a brightly lit, high ceiling, single structure facility,
with a comfortable customer lounge area and a well appointed customer delivery
centre.
“We have specific standards in terms of the experience that we’d like our
customers to receive. The new facility demonstrates Peter Warren’s commitment to
improving the Chrysler and Jeep experience, and provides the right environment
to ensure customers receive the best treatment.”
Le-Grand also noted that Peter Warren had been a Chrysler Jeep dealer for
eight years, and has a dedicated sales and service team passionate about their
customers and product.
