Chrysler has added another award to the mantle with the popular Grand Voyager
people mover named Large MPV of the year by respected UK magazine What Car?
Praising the Chrysler Grand Voyager, What Car? stated, “For once, big really
is clever.”
“Whereas most MPVs demand that you leave seats in the garage if you want to
trade passenger capacity for luggage space, the Grand Voyager's chairs simply
fold into the floor. It's the kind of system which many owners of compact MPVs
take for granted, but it makes the Chrysler the most ingenious and flexible big
people-carrier around,” said What Car?
Chrysler Grand Voyager features ‘Stow ‘n Go’ giving owners the ability to
easily fold their second and third-row seats into the floor in as little as 30
seconds with a simple one-hand operation.
Featuring 256 possible seating positions and an additional 340 litres of
available storage, Stow ‘n Go provides owners unprecedented flexibility and
convenience.
Customers can also feel comforted knowing that the Voyager has been awarded
the maximum five-star US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration safety
rating for the frontal impact crash test to add to its five-star side impact
rating.
In Australia, prices start from $55,990 for the Chrysler Grand Voyager SE.
After inventing the people mover over 20 years ago, the Chrysler Group has
sold more than 11 million people-movers worldwide, including over 9,000 in
Australia since release in July 1996.
Chrysler Voyager is built in Graz, Austria.
