The opening of the second Airport Express sales and service centre at Melbourne Airport in October this year is eagerly awaited by customers.

“The design reflects the latest international Autohaus design guidelines for Mercedes-Benz Retail and it closely follows the philosophy of Airport Express Sydney, in delivering a luxurious experience for our customers.

“The location of Airport Express Melbourne, situated on the entry road to Melbourne Airport, is both highly visible and has easy access. This convenient location will prove popular with many of our customers who travel frequently.

“With nine dedicated service bays and door to door Valet service, Melbourne customers will now be able to appreciate the benefits of Airport Express in the same way that Sydney customers have embraced the Sydney facility.

“The ability of time-poor customers to drop off their cars for servicing when flying out and to utilise the Mercedes-Benz Valet service to get to and from the terminal of their choice will add significant value to their Mercedes-Benz ownership experience,” said von Sanden.

The managing director of Retail Operations for Mercedes Car Group, Alan McLaren said “Since Sydney Airport Express opened its doors in February this year we have completed more than 1,300 vehicle services. We have also experienced very strong retail sales. I am very excited that the new facility will showcase several vehicles indoors and outside and will further expand the metropolitan presence of Mercedes-Benz in Melbourne.

The new Mercedes-Benz Airport Express is due to open in October and will operate six days a week. Opening hours are from 5a.m. –9 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday, making the rigors of travel far more palatable for Mercedes-Benz customers.
