At the recent Australian Retailer of the Year Awards, Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne
was awarded the prize of Australian Retailer of the Year in the Large Business
Category.
Eventually beating four finalists in the category, Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne
demonstrated the highest levels of retail excellence in the areas of business
strategy, employer of choice and customer satisfaction.
The Australian Retailers Association of Victoria (ARAV) is a division of the
Australian Retailers Association, which represents approximately 10,000
retailers nationally. This year's winners, presented with their awards at a gala
dinner held in the Crown Palladium this week, were selected by a panel of
industry experts after mystery shopping exercises were conducted on all
finalists.

great customer response we have had since opening the new Mercedes-Benz of
Melbourne facility on the Kingsway", said Alan McLaren, Managing Director of
