Melbourne - DaimlerChrysler Commercial Vehicles (DCCV), Laverton, is now open
for business.
Representing the heavy and light commercial vehicle brands of Mercedes-Benz,
Freightliner and Sterling, as well as Mercedes-Benz Bus and Coach, the all-new
dealership provides first-rate facilities in both sales and after-sales service.

with the opening of DaimlerChrysler Commercial Vehicles at Laverton,” said Alan

“Our new state-of-the-art facility will enable our customers to service their
vehicles conveniently and in comfort, and can experience our products in a
relaxed environment when looking to purchase,” he said.
Located in the heart of Melbourne’s transport hub, the new dealership brings
to the transport industry top-level service and facilities that will only
enhance the ownership experience of new and existing customers alike.
“Our new dealership at Laverton is another highlight in our long-term retail
dealership plans within Australia, and underscores our commitment to first-rate
customer service with all of our vehicle brands,” said McLaren.
With a distinct focus on the time needs of customers, the new facility
encompasses the latest in technology and equipment to provide the highest
standards of quality and service.
“The service workshop at our new Laverton dealership is more than 6,000
square metres, which is more than double the size of the workshop found at our
former dealership located in Footscray,” added McLaren.
We now have the capacity to service more than 40 vehicles per day at
DaimlerChrysler Commercial Vehicles, Laverton.”
The new DCCV, Laverton facility replaces the company’s former Footscray
(Victoria) commercial vehicle operation, and is considered a natural evolution.

first-rate levels of after-sales service for commercial vehicle clients.
