Fox, Rolls-Royce & Bentley became the official NSW & ACT Distributor for Rolls-Royce & Bentley in July 1997. This company has successfully established itself at two Sydney locations, Sales from Rushcutters Bay and Aftersales / Administration from Alexandria.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited has carried worldwide headlines covering the sale and purchase of the coveted brand names and facility at Crewe, England over the last twelve to eighteen months. The future of the Company under the ownership of Volkswagen AG is guaranteed. 500M GBP has been allocated to existing and immediate product development.

Coinciding with the recent Manufacturer changes, the shareholders / investors of Fox, Rolls-Royce & Bentley decided to change the control and operation of the existing Sydney business to The Motors Group (Motors). Motors has significant dealer facilities and services in other States of Australia.
The existing business operation continues with the addition of the new parent Motors Pty Ltd. The one visible change is a new trading entity, Sydney Rolls-Royce & Bentley. Motors has acquired all assets of the previous parent, Renard (Aust) Holdings Pty Ltd (Renard). Renard will continue to operate until all obligations for this company are finalised.
Behind the scenes, the business benefits from access to the Motors computer and information technology department. This is immediately visible in the new e-mail contacts, an Internet site will shortly follow.
There is little doubt, the new millennium will bring with it exciting new models and business opportunities for Rolls-Royce & Bentley in Sydney. Placing the business with the strength of the Motors operation has provided Sydney Rolls-Royce & Bentley with a secure platform to take the business into 2000 and beyond.
