Toyota has launched two cutting edge body kits designed to enhance the looks of its recently upgraded Celica and MR2 models.

The Celica Sportivo Accessories by Toyota bodykit includes a replacement front Aero Bumper, or owners can choose an alternative front skirt designed to be fitted to the car’s standard front bumper.

Both the Aero Bumper and front skirt are complemented by Sportivo side skirts and an aerodynamic diffuser-style rear skirt.

The Celica kit can be given the finishing touches with the addition of a Sportivo bonnet spoiler and high rear spoiler.

The high rear spoiler features an adjustable wing, which can be angled for added downforce.

Toyota Australia has also responded to the trend towards larger wheel and tyre fitments by offering a new 17-inch wheel design for Celica called Vortex-R.

The wheel’s lightweight design reduces unsprung mass, helping to improve the Celica’s handling.

Toyota’s updated MR2 sports car can also be given the Sportivo treatment, with a motorsport-inspired bodykit comprising front, side and rear skirts and a rear wing.

The rear wing is made from tough plastic and includes an LED stoplight.

The Sportivo body kit was designed and developed by Toyota engineers in Japan. Its parts match inbuilt mounting points on the car to ensure a perfect fit.

The MR2 body kit can be complemented by the addition of a stylish removable hard top. It can be fitted quickly using multiple built-in attachment points, and incorporates an electric connection for the built-in rear window demister.

Designed by Toyota stylists and engineers, the aerodynamic hardtop is available in black, or colour-coded to suit most model colours.

Information on the full range of Toyota Genuine accessories for MR2 and Celica is available by visiting www.toyota.com.au or your Toyota dealer.

All Toyota Genuine accessories are covered by a three-year/100,000 kilometre warranty when fitted at the time of new vehicle purchase.
