Mitsubishi Motors has released pricing for its updated CH Lancer range that is available in showrooms from early October. As expected, some prices are unchanged and there are minor adjustments in other models.
Pricing for the entry ES model is firmly entrenched at $19,990 and reflects exceptional value for money against it major competitors. It has air conditioning, remote keyless entry, driver and passenger front airbags, power door mirrors and a 2.0 litre engine as standard.
Lancer LS gets cruise control as an additional standard feature that is not available in most competitive models. The price increase for the manual model is a modest $300, while the automatic option price increases from $1,850 to $2,000.
The stylish and sporty VR-X boasts an array of changes, with new features including the aggressively styled full body kit, lower sports suspension, larger 16" alloy wheels fitted with low profile tyres, front tower strut brace, larger front disc brakes as well as rear ventilated disc brakes, variable intermittent wipers and body coloured mirrors. The automatic VR-X also features Lancer Evolution GT-A auto shift knob and 'Steer-Matic" 3-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel. Both models are very competitively priced.
